Lost Packages & Claims Policy 

If your package is lost in transit and the shipping address is correct, you must submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Before filing a claim, we recommend checking with the shipping carrier to try locating your order.

How to Submit a Claim Time frame:

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Required Information: If reporting a lost or damaged order, you must provide:Tracking details.Confirmation of the shipping address.For damaged items: Clear pictures of the damaged product(s) are required for evaluation.

Processing Reports :Review tracking details and confirm the shipping address.If the order is confirmed as lost, we will offer a refund or replacement. 

Important Notes 
If tracking updates show movement , we require an additional 5 business days before taking further action.If the order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

In this case, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.After 30 days, we are unable to provide assistance for lost packages.
